Autumn Leaves is a 2014 short independent film by Glass Cheque productions.

Written by George H Cummings and James Buchanans, directed by James Buchanan, and starring the late, much loved Scottish actor Sean Scanlon, it focusses on the hopes and fears of a typical Scottish family on the day of the 2014 Scottish Independence referendum.

The film was shot on location in Glasgow in June 2014 and premiered before an invited audience at the Glasgow Film Theatre on Sunday 14th September 2014, four days before the actual vote.

With a supporting cast of familiar Scottish talent (including actor/comedian Ruaraidh Murray and the inimitable Barbara Rafferty) the film was partially self-funded and partially crowd-funded.

Executive producer was George H Cummings.
